Customizable and flexible solutions that don't require code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve can be a little rough for tech-averse users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a database that works for all aspects of a customer, rather than having multiple databases where there isn't a 360 view

Reports are not intuitive. pardot email seems disconnected.

It is an extremely broad platform that can handle the entire customer and sales lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not an easy UI for users to engage with. Too much going on. Too many links and dependencies that force usage in particular ways for what is otherwise a very flexible solution.

System of record for data that various parts of our organization require.

OOTB objects, fields, automations, the platform in general!

Pricing is tricky and confusing. There should be an easier way to negotiate licenses without having tonpaybfornthings we do not need
