What do you like best about the product?
It has the most complete information and can be easily integrated to other apps plus its easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the best when it comes to aesthetics and sometimes the characters are confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility, accessibility, and integration. Salesforce help me easily find accounts and contacts, I can access it anywhere and it is integrated to all of my microsoft office apps

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Salesforce is it's ability to amulgamate all your sales motion in a single platform, It allows you to know the data and history of your clients and this simply helps in organizing data efficiently and also helps the sales team in reaching out to the right prospects. It also keeps you updated to the forecast before each quater. It is also good when it comes ot the advanced features it has to offer for sales leaders to highlight how their team is performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's an extremely useful tool provided you know your way around it. It highlights all the essential step for a sales cycle and keeps you updated for every step of the way but the platform does need to do work on the Ui as it sometimes tend to make things difficult for new sales rep. But the Coustomer support team is a absolute charm and helps in sorting out issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps a lot when it comes to outbound sales motion, It helps in keeping track of our sales cycles as companies that tend to do a lot of outbound sales motion, We rely heavily on our sales target, Knowing how closer or far off you are from your sales target helps you in changing tactics and reimagine something new to meet those speicifc quaterly and yearly taregets.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to integrate with all kind of platfroms and web solutions. I have used it as a Frontline operator for day to day task requiring use of other CRMs and VoIPs , and its been a phenomenal experience.

it integrates perfectly , works absolutely seamlessly and is regularly udpates so its highly reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some UI / UX update to make it a bit more easy to read can be a great addition and help with effectively utilizing its potential for roles that need alot of manual descriptions , comments or other sort of additvie filed updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with my day to day business outreach , Primarily serves me as a CRM / Activity Tracker.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility! You can customize it the way you want to see it, it is very user friendly to the point that even beginners can start customizing by themselves at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues using Salesforce Sales Cloud yet but if anything it's very organize

I used to have issues in finding specific information in my previous platforms but with Salesforce it allows me to get to the place I want in a single glimpse which is very beneficial to me, making my work/task more efficient than ever

What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesforce Sales cloud everyday for everything. Our complete sales cycle is dependent on Salesforce Sales cloud, from Leads to Opportunities everything is used in our Org. We also use featues like reporting, dashboards, custom flows and workflows. The power of segregating permissions based on roles and profiles makes using the tool more easier. When we get stuck we tend to reach out to the customer support that helps us debug issues. The customer support is availabel with various channels Char, Email and call as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few dislikes are the lack of a few featues in the configurations. For a few shortcomings one has to use use Apex anc complex logics. SOQL quries are a little complex then SQL and the learning curve is required. Someone coming from java or other platforms. needs to get used of the standard configurations in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems like user management, qutote management, sales cycle, managing internal and community users. From leads to opporutnities everything is hosted on the Salesforce sales cloud CRM. It helps in managing users and defnining roles for each individual. Everything at one place in one window makes it very easier for operations team.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has helped me to create dashboards to follow-up on my leads, organize them accordingly, to do a follow-up of the pipeline I create each Q for my AE's and to optimize my time while Im working with prospecting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes to long to upload the data from Sales Navigator or from Outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps me to roganize my follow ups, to record any activity I do with any lead registered on the platform. Allows me to create dashboards to check account that need to develop activities to reconnect or activate past opportunities. Also, allows me to record any conversation and give information about new opportunities to my AEs.
