What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it gives a complete view of the customer. This means sales teams can see all the important information in one place, like past interactions, emails, and purchase history. The platform is also easy to customize and helps automate routine tasks, so salespeople can spend more time selling. It also has strong reporting features, making it simple to track progress and make decisions based on data. Plus, it integrates well with other tools, making it a flexible option for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can be quite complex, especially for new users. There’s a steep learning curve, and it can take time to fully understand how to use all the features effectively. Additionally, while it's highly customizable, making those customizations often requires the help of a Salesforce administrator or developer, which can be costly and time-consuming. Some users also find that it can be slow at times, especially when handling large amounts of data. Finally, because it's packed with so many features, it can feel overwhelming if you only need basic tools for your sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve several key problems by serving as a powerful CRM tool. It centralizes all customer information in one place, making it easier to track interactions, manage leads, and follow up on opportunities. This improves organization and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. The automation features help save time by streamlining repetitive tasks like sending follow-up emails or updating records, allowing teams to focus on selling. It also provides detailed reporting and analytics, which helps us track performance and make more informed decisions. Overall, it increases efficiency and helps us build stronger customer relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce service cloud allows is a great product that allows our teams to effectively work daily activities.

I have no dislikes about Salesforce sales cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Our teams leverage salesforce maps in their daily work while on the road traveling to customers and prospects making their jobs easier and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to configure maps to auto populate the map just on the rep's specific territory on login to the salesforce mobile app. Ideally if there were a slack salesforce map app, we would leverage this

Salesforce maps is solving the need for field reps to plan and execute their day on the road

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see all of the sales information in one screen and with account plans becoming GA later this year will definitely add value to the product

High degree of skill needed for admin to implement technology successful

What do you like best about the product?
As an ISV solutions engineer working in the app day in and day out i'm constantly blown away with the capabilities! The flexibility and UX as well as the ability to iterate on top makes it a platform to grow and continue to enhance!

I can't say there is a thing I don't like!

What do you like best about the product?
We love the analytics we get from the reports in our Sales Cloud CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations with report types - if you build a report and then need to bring in another object you have to start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the reporting that comes through from data from our integrated tech.
