Creating a route to visit the company clients, allocating time for other activities I have in my calendar and taking transit into consideration. Travel Plans are more accurate now

It's a customizable tool that I have been using across multiple companies and roles. With every company, I have seen the tool being used in a variety of ways. One of the best things is that it can be customized to your business.

It can be hard to learn for those who haven't used it.

It is allowing us to have different types of data for digital communications and organizing the data so it can be easy to identify.

It has order and makes sense it's intuitive for sales if it's configured correctly

Not as user friendly sometimes. Moving from a previous CRM was somewhat difficult

Availability of a lot of processes and functionality. AI enabled feature. Seamless integration with external tools and systems.

Some customizations are not flexible enough. There are more features which needs to be embedded.
