What do you like best about the product?
At our company, we call Salesforce our only source of true. I love how easily integrates with the rest of platforms in our tech stack. It also provides great visibility into all our accounts. It is very easy to use and provides an amazing user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having so many feaures, some times we dont take full advantage of its entire capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
crm, we store all our accounts data and we are able to keep track on existing deals

What do you like best about the product?
The Best part about Sales force cloud is its Comprehensive Customer View nature. It offers 360 degree view of customer interactions, consolidating data from all parts to provide detailed view of customer behavior and preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Salesforce sales cloud, there is only one downside of it, that is its cost.With all the advantages of Salesforce Sales Cloud, it can be expensive for small and mid sized businesses. The cost can increases with additional features, customization, and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped us chasing down our Poor Sales Visibility. This has Real time dashboards and customizable reports that give sales managers and teams clear visibility of sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics. All these improvised our decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is easy to use and easy to implement and has great custom support. I use this tool daily and for a number of features such as contracts, renewals, opportunities, etc. this is easily integrated with other tools i use such as appian.
What do you dislike about the product?
with any online tool change management is hard but once i got the hang of how easy this was to use I cant live without it and find myself using it even when other tools are integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is solving our companies need to only use one platform and to be consistent across the organization as all departments can use it.

What do you like best about the product?
As it is customizable, we can always update our task flow as our product evolves. The sales funnel helps our team with greater closes. Ease of use and integration

excess data and often difficulty in cleaning the database

What do you like best about the product?
The most I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that you can add carrier profiles, comments, and edit information. Additionally, it is really interactive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular that I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud. I've been using Salesforce since 4 years ago, and it always surprises me. It's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it doesn't load as fast as I expect; however, they always let everyone know there will be updates, and it may take a few minutes to recover.

What do you like best about the product?
The salesforce cloud provides the single most useful business tool that I have found for tracking new opportunities through the sales process and then tracking deliverables for customers. I have used it for over 15 years and it is an easy tool to use and the customer support that is provided is superb. Implementation after initial set up was fairly easy and it integrates well with microsoft outlook. I use Salesforce daily and am often on line using it 5-10 times a day (counting the mobile app).
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is a complicated tool. To be proficient it has got to be part of your daily sales process and it becomes the driving tool for day-to-day action and follow up. Missing even three days in a row will leave you with as much as 50-75 actions that need completed or follow up which needs to be done and new tasks assigned. Truly salesforce requires you to be 100% in and active. The data entry and information have to be in the system to use it fully and this takes several hours of time. I have used the integration tools and admin people to help me. You must customize it to support your sales efforts and then live by it without fail as it requires discipline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system drives day to day follow up and action! It is more than a CRM it is a consumate admin driving your buiseness process.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a comprehensive suite of tools and features to empower sales teams, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have any dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud as I got all I need from this software. One thing I know is when navigating, Its not allowing me to route directly on the page I need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When that time that I need to track all the actions or transactions that I need from the last person who handle the account. With Salesforce Sales Cloud. I have now the capability to track all the trasactik s and it gives me a power to keep my clients at the heart of every action I made.
