The best CRM for a sales rep
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it brings all interactions with the customer to one place and further automates most of the processes to bring effectiveness in managing and engaging leads and clients. In this suite, we also have robust analytics and reporting capabilities that let us make data-driven decisions on how to improve our sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting it with other systems can be a hassle and sometimes needs extra help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps every lead and customer interaction in one place. Because of this, managing our sales process has become much easier. Also, it automates many routine tasks, saving time and reducing possible errors.
It provides detailed analytics and reporting that help in knowing how our sales performance is going and how to make smarter decisions for the improvement of strategies.

We used salesforce for many purposes when I was working as a subject matter expert in taskus
This tool is so user friendly and easy to understand still very strong
Our Customers support chat data was completely stored and handled using Salesforce only and my quality team used the same to navigate through the chat to do the audits this tool is very well designed and super efficient

There's nothing bad still if I have to count a thing I will say very few times it takes just few extra seconds to load

So my quality team was facing issues where to store chat data so that it can be fetched when needed at time of audit and this tool came to us as saviour

The best CRM I have used till now. Sales cloud provdes the simplest form of CRM where all the necessary details are displayed in a well organised and easy to use pattern. Smooth operations and great interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, user friendly, great support. I had not used Sales Cloud before beginning my current role, and it has been easy to learn and I have had very few problems or issues with learning and implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a new user can be overwhelming if you've never used Sales Cloud before. There are so many possibilities sometimes it's difficult to determine the most efficient way to get things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to track the sales process and cycles and pull data that supports the sales staff to win more deals. We're able to track win rates, progress thorugh deals, track historical outreach and gain insights into what works and what doesn't for the sales team and our current sales processes. I love that we're able to pull reports and track activity that accurately captures the daily engagement and selling that our sales team does.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly flexible, we've been able to customize it to our salesprocess and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely a learning curve especially for new users, also considering extent to which it is cuztomized. Suitable for mid to large businesses.

Recently released forecasting module is really helping managing planning aspect of sales within the CRM.
