Brilliant System, everything you need in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
The customisation, the fact everything is there in one easy to use place. The flexabilty to plug in other services and finally the ease of use. The support team are also really helpful with any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Was quite complex to set up, which is both a pro and con. There is so much complexity to it so had to hire a pro to set it up, but did mean we were able to customise it to all our needs

Ease of pipeline management, sales dashboards, easy to use CRM for reporting and sales.

Thecost of Sales Cloud it go up as you add more users and advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides real time visibility into our sales pipeline and enable us for more accurate forecasting and decision making.
Personalized Platform with great range of options
What do you like best about the product?
I like about Salesforce sales cloud is that we can customize the platform as per our requirements along with integration with different range of third-party apps. Moreover, the best part for me is the reporting system and analytics which helps alot in tracking sales performance and it can the data can be used in effective desicion making of sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my experience, salesforce is little bit complex and its not completely user friendly. Also, it is not even cost-effective if we move towards advance level. Some of the times, system gets slow when we are working on large amount of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Things which are benefiting me are tracking customers easily. It helps me to interact, manage and streamline communications and collaborations with customers and offshore team members.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a very comprehensive CRM platform that improved our workflow.
What do you like best about the product?
SSC is highly customizable, has a ton of available integrations, and allows for data to be formatted to our needs. We easily set up Mailchimp to sync with Salesforce data to keep our campaign data consistent across platforms. It is also easy to enter data and bulk import existing data. We use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be expensive to gain access to advanced features and the "customer support" team is highly focused on upselling, which can be frustrating. There is a steep learning curve and the base platform needs a lot of customization to make it user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has solved many problems with our customer data. We now have one central database for all of our customer information, communication, and sales information.

Salesforce is user-friendly, you can check full analysis for your agents, company, numbers, and more.
As Quality Assurance i can access agents data base and the cases or chats they have created and they have replied to.

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it loads for too long, which affect the time to monitor an agent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce solves the problem of handling the customer with different channels, as in salesforce you can have chats and emails on the same app, which will save your time and effort to reply back to your customers

What do you like best about the product?
It has a friendly interface, anyone can learn it easily. It has exceptional features to manage all the opportunities. The best thing is to create different dashboards according to requirements to manage all the data and record. It is also very easy to integrate. and easy to implement all the things.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about salesforce is that, its very expensive to use, and sometime it become complicated beacuse of alot of feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it as a CRM, and its helping me to have an information about different businesses. We can add and manage business information, and then schedule business meetings. It help to organise all the date in dashboard. And we can also create different dashboards according to need to manage and organise team activities and performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the industry standard for corporations looking to get the most out of their Sales teams. From tracking your client through the sales cycle from a Lead to an Opportunity, to being able to report on all of that data and keep track of your sales, Sales Cloud really provides it all. Sales Cloud is also very easily implemented into an organization, if you require further configuration a consulting company or salesforce admin may be able to help. Salesforce also provides very robust customer support and quarterly updates every year to stay ontop of pain points and bugs in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note, there is nothing that I dislike about Sales Cloud

Keeping track of sales and commissions. Reporting for Sales managers and board.
