What do you like best about the product?
As a sales professional Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a game changer as it helps maintain a healthy pipeline, leads, opportunities and my interaction with the customers. I really enjoy the interface and how intuitive it is it's really easy to even train a new salesperson on how to navigate through and track their activities or how to collaborate with other sales team members. I especially appreciate the reporting and dashboard it has keeping everything in one platform and wouldn't require anything on top of this. Overall it is an essential tool in a salesperson day to day for managing and delivering results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fire ost reason is that it isn't a lot a cheap tool to integrate to your system so as it can be very costly and customizing features up to your needs makes it beyond the reach outside of the basic package. If there are third party integrations need to be made that can come across as a complex process and how to carefully plan this move and one has to have all the technical knowledge to do so so it isn't that easy to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can maintain excellent organization as we all know sales can be a very complex business with all the information all over the place so keeping it all aligned to your accounts and customer engagement be it calls. Email. Meetings or opportunity tracking it create a balance of all that along with keeping a track of the target is what really matters and that's helps creating and fostering strong customer relationships and excelling at what wi do.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface and customizable dashboards make tracking sales metrics effortless. The integration with other Salesforce products enhances collaboration and overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of initial setup and customization can be overwhelming for new users. Additionally, the cost can be a barrier for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines our sales processes by providing a centralized platform for managing leads and customer interactions. This has led to improved team productivity and higher conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to use and customize. It integrates well with other tools, automates repetitive tasks, and offers great analytics to help you with your day 2 day. It scales with your business, has a easy to use mobile app, and comes with strong community support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that it is very pricey if you're a small business. There are a ton of updates and "maintenance" Its hard to customize. But worth it once you do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us stay organized by tracking leads and opps and helping automate our follow up actions. Great for the day 2 day reporting and insights.

What do you like best about the product?
SF Sales Cloud allows us to keep track of all of our opportunities and with forcasting, we can make stategic decisions, such as if we need and can afford to add to our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the tool doesn't allow for formatting - simple bolds and italics. Also formatting quotes is combersome, not avaiable in the Professional verion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our data all in one place where sales management can access. Also, it holds the sales team accountable for updating opportunities because they are reviewed weekly

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how versatile and user-friendly it is. The platform is packed with tools that simplify every step of the sales process, from managing leads to generating reports. Its easy-to-use interface and numerous integrations help sales teams customize the system to fit their unique needs. Plus, the advanced reporting features and AI insights make it easier to make smart, data-driven decisions, which ultimately leads to better sales results.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find challenging about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it might not be the best fit for every company size. While it's incredibly powerful for large teams and complex sales processes, it can be overwhelming and expensive for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud tackles a few major challenges, like messy lead management, scattered sales processes, and limited reporting insights.

At Some level very costly like storage cost and frequent update.

The big problem that SSC solving is tracking sales performance and removing repeated task.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organizational aspects of Salesforce. I'm able to plan my day and week so that I can best serve my clients. I also love the data that I can get from it to make myself a better CSM
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can have a bit of a learning curve and since it is so customizable it can be difficult to translate those skills to new jobs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps me to keep track of my clients and meet their needs. With its tools I can ensure I'm delivering exceptional service and offering strategic solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a leader in terms of integrations. Personally we love that all of our other tools play nicely and all data can be synced.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI and Ease of Use. There is a learning curve and SFDC is only as good as the team that implements it.

Salesforce helps us track activity, data, and performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the platform is to navigate and help you stayed organized. I use it daily to get information on prospects and it has a number of features I enjoy like the ability to see activity history. It integrates well will ZoomInfo as well as Salesloft. The customer support team is great,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I currently dislike.
