Everything is in one place and it works with other platforms
The one and only sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's higly customizable and I use it every single day. I don't believe my company could achieve what we have achieved without this tool. It seamless integrate with most tools in the market allowing for a one of a kind experience in sales and pipelines. You need just a little practice and soon you become a pro using this tool for all your sales needs. Never had any issues with it but whenever you need help the team has a quick SLA and soon you're back on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it's higly customizable, sometimes thinks might not work as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very complex sales process with multiple SKU's and players on the process, only Salesforce can handle the level of customization we need in order to keep things working with integrated data accross platforms and teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Account and Opportunity management along with lead management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing complexity and sometimes running into automation issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the amount of emails coming in and out, along with documentation
I use Saleforce Sales Cloud to manage and track our clients sales cycles and profits.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is user-friendly, and highly customizable to fit specific business needs. Additionally, Salesforce is an optimal CRM platform capable of integrating with additional plugins, add-ons, and software for workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Salesforce is that the system may be slow at refreshing imported data, delaying work. This may be due to various types of data transfers, connectivity issues within the platform, and other integrated solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has been a benefit to me, by allowing clear and transparent sales processes and revenue tracking. I am also able to make data-driven decisions that drive revenue and reduce churn.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it bec it is very easy to use, everyone can use it intuitively.
What do you dislike about the product?
access issues, salesforce limits it's access to certain regions in the world I think. I am in the Philippines and had issues accessing this tool, I called my service provider and they said it is the tool that has problems. After a month it was resolved on it's own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access or VPN issues, it has been resolved and addressed already.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is as intuitive as you need it to be. Additionally, there is no limit on template use etc. which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my department, there were so many categories to navigate from different departments at the institution I was employed at. It would be easier to have separate accounts per department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud was an excellent way to send out email campaigns through a database of university constituents

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and easy to manage everything regarding your clients and deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
All is fine, of course there could be improvement in UI, but the functionalities are the best in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce solves all the problems regarding the data management and makes it even easier to track what's necessary for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud = best in class for customer relationship management, driving sales efficiency, results, and process. I can't think of a better solution to support and scale a successful sales org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not one thing, I'd be making things up to fill the box if I added anything else here :).

What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud is great as is. I would love to see predictive insights from Ai on accounts. Specifically around opportunity scoring and chance of close based off of customer data.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me by automating data entry and centralizing all my sales activities, which saves me time and reduces inefficiencies. It also provides me with comprehensive customer insights, allowing me to manage relationships more effectively and boost my productivity.
