What do you like best about the product?
I have used Salesforce Sales Cloud to discover, nurture and efficiently convert leads whcih has driven high value for our company. It has centralised the information system and helped in closing deals faster. It has easily integrated to all our platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it is a very good CRM platform but has a high learning curve which requires certain specialists for it. Salesforce should work heavily on making it more user friendly and less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has reduced the time which we used to spend going through mail boxes on other platforms, lead information on the websites and manual dependency. It has automated our work and helped us in focusing on what can be done best by our team - Closing the leads and Increasing the revenue.

Salesforce is easy to use and navigate. I have used it with 2 different companies now.

Rising and Selling Quicker with Salesforce Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has provided a lot of benefits to our company by centralizalizing the customer information, cultivating long lasting relationships with our customers and enabling a customer centric approach.It has a very enriching user interface which has made it easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the leading CRM tool without any doubt, but is very expensive. Being a salesforce for startups partner has reduced our cost heavily though. It takes time to understand the CRM and get accustomed with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud had enabled us to sell quicker and smarter. It has been very fruitful for us as it provides a single platform for boosting our revenue by maximizing sales, enabling collaboration between our team members and the predictive feature is just phenomenal. Sales tracking and automation for sales funnel along with other key features like quote generation from the available templates had been really useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic and flexible to work woth. We could mimic business process within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to get adoption. Many of the functions are options as we applied them to the business. The value add should be easier to realize straight from the beggining

What do you like best about the product?
The chart displayed on the right corner helps us to know the no of case that are new and as well as which was opened ( opened cases) without directing the user to a new page.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the cases are resolved swiftly , I do experience some glitch's in resolving etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A follow up or replying to the multiple users with same email id who are reaching with their responses are been noticed and address with the help of window displaying parent cases in bottom right corner.
Powerful tool, but can become monolithic and therefore difficult to change processes/workflows

Integrate with pretty much anything, robust system, reliable for everyday use and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instances of Salesforce that have been in place for many years can become difficult to change - my experience was that when we wanted how leads would be managed, or the import of lead generation data would be entered into the CRM, to enact such a change would require too much work or be too complex.
This was a common thread at my last two employers. Streamlining processes (which would in turn would involve making changes to SalesForce itself) was difficult to do.

Best CRM and Marketing Software
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is quite customizable and scalable as the business grows. It allows us to efficently capture, track and manage the leads throughout the entire sales life cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has the dependency on Internet which is quite unfriendly for sales executives on ground with no internet connection. It is quite expensive and hard to learn as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it for Sales tracking, managing the sales funnel and marketing purposes. It connects to our website which captures the leads and pushes to the CRM. From there on, It is being managed in the sales cycle. Salesforce Sales cloud also enables us to email large audience at one go. It has been quite helpful to use this tool.
