What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is so flexible, it can be customized to help run any business model. There are no limits on how creative you can become with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing not to like and you can give feedback when you do have criticism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage our customers in a sophisticated way which is required. One of the major benefits is its ability to move data in and out.

Intuitive for marketing and sales collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is intuitive and easy to use. Easy for marketing and sales to collaborate on leads and contacts and to give sellers meaningful customer and account level insights to manage their business. Specifically for marketing generated leads, Sales Cloud gives the flexibilty to customize optimal views for sales within the Sales Console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adoption of new functionality can take a long time to develop and implement in an enterprise size company.

One single tool and pane of glass for sellers to manage their daily buisiness

It is versatile with all we need in a CRM and the integrations is what helps us the most! It's also very user-friendly so helps with self-service across all departments.

I am an admin, so I love how easily I can deliver enhancements to my internal busy users. My users love the app so much and how quickly I can continue to enhance their user experience.
