Sales Cloud to drive sales and revenue forecasting

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud unifies opportunities and leads so that sales teams, sales operations, and finance can have a single source of truth to drive business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that revenue scheduling can be a little glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized location for opportunities and their projection.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of AI to Sales Cloud is promising. In addition to helping the sales rep track customer data, Einstein is amazing for providing insights and closing deals faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance of Sales Cloud is not to the par. It has been a user complain for a while now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is the central site which our Reps need to use instead of plethora of other applications that have dispersed data. It helps to work on prospects faster and move the deals smoothly.

Great tool to manage sales activities, marketing activities and a host of other daily operations to support our customers such as customer registration and more

Sometimes Salesforce Lightning is still very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing deals faster, marketing to internal customers and prospects and more

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features to enable and support the Sales Team such as pipeline inspection and collaborative forecasting that help to ensure visibility into the business and provide confidence in forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features require purchasing additional licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to manage contacts and opportunities and CPQ allows for consistency in quoting.
