What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the standard and the market leader for a reason. It's generally easy to use, as long as you have a good ops team to manage it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult for new users to learn the tool without proper training, and with so many different customizable experiences available, it can be hard to manage at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the core, selling our product to customers. On top of that, so many different things, but the takeaway is that we're able to flexibly build our business platform to meet our needs

Helps with issues like poor customer engagement, disparate customer data, and inefficient sales processes.
Sales cloud elevated our forecasting ability and increased our referral pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
We use it for deal management and planning territory or regional planning and account opportunity management. It allows to focus and prioritize the greatest opportunity for web integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is effective and steam lined. However, some of the development for integration can require complex architecture in engineering resources to fully implement successfully.
