Like any new tool, you have to convince internal folks to use it

What do you like best about the product?
Once you have been trained up and know how to use SFDC it becomes super useful! The reporting is what i like best about it. The ability to pull a really detailed report to help you get better insight is key to my success on a day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to learn how to use. Unless you dedicate time to learn how to build dashbaord and reports there isn't a lot of value in it from a reps point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a large TAM and understanding what companies i should be going after can become tough. The ability to pull a detailed report to show me what i should be working and when is key to getting a grip on my TAM.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a great tool that has great out of the box functionality and also allows complete customization to fit your company's unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality isn't intuitive and has a big learning curve to use properly.

To give a 360 view of our customers and their related data.
We also use SF Service Cloud

Config. Type changes make it easy to customize the platform

Some of the features demonstrated at world tour or Dreamforce are not enabled for us.
