What do you like best about the product?
Third part tool integrations, automations with using flow, training end users etc. features are amazing. Best thing that I love salesforce is flows. It is now stronger to automate without needing a developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to know nature of the workflow before you use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations prevent the user mistakes or manual entry.

What do you like best about the product?
It runs smoothly and I can access it in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations with sales tack so I can work across platforms, for example Nooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to have in control all of my deals so I can track them and work accordingly to close them.

the price is quite high. I understand the value but its not cheap for smaller entities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assists me primarily in reducing the time ti close and manage my CRM.

An all in one CRM/Product

What do you like best about the product?
It's use interface stands out for me, coupled with its all in one productivity tool, where you can do all your Job functions without stressing much, for example you can check your lead generation daily as you get notifications on that, you can check your productivity at the end of a business day with selected matrices tailored to job function. It's just a one stop shop for everything sales. And that's a stand out for me. I used chatter amongst my team and to it to monitor my team of ISRs and share their productivity at the end of each day which was a moral booster for the next and an avenue to know where to put in more effort for those not catching up
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not think it has a downside personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one thing, it helps me have a complete overlook of my lead stages , my opportunity pipeline and and target/commision analysis that way I'm always ontop of my game knowing where I have to put in more resources in achieving my financial and administrative targets
