Significantly optimizes our sales

What do you like best about the product?
We can customize dashboards to our needs which is pretty flawless and will display all of the information we'd need. We are able to integrate easily our google workspace within Salesforce. We use it on a project-basis. It's got great customer support, easy to communicate with people and they know what they are talking about. Basic objects and fields are easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously since it's the Cloud, it relies on the Internet connection and where it is bad, you'd run into slow-mo. Salesforce isn't necessarily a beginner-friendly option so be prepared to spend some time to get accustomed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Difficulty in understanding customer preferences, behavior patterns, and historical interactions.
Solution: Salesforce Sales Cloud includes tools for detailed customer profiling, tracking interactions across various touchpoints, and capturing customer feedback. This enables personalized engagement strategies, targeted marketing campaigns, and improved customer satisfaction and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to adapt with the Salesforce SalesCloud a very short span as they have such a nice UI and easy way to access things most of the things we practice on a daily basis are self-explanatory. Implementation of salesforce was completed within a month as they had a great support. There are so many teams using Salesforce Sales Cloud in our organization today and due to its easy integration we were able to integrated it with multiple different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are bit pricy but is heading into the right direction at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customer care is currently using Salesforce and they acheived some great heights after we shifted to Salesforce from Zendesk

Too many products and licenses that can result in underutiulization.

What do you like best about the product?
I currently live within Salesforce Sales Cloud in my sales role. It's extremely customizable, which is necessary when working for a start up with constant changing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at this time. It suits the teams needs fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has provided a unified platform that both the sales team, management, marketing and enablement and work from with ease of information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the software is to use and navigate.I used the software everyday for work and it only took a few days to be use it effectively for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the back buttons mean going out of an entire page. There are some pages that were not well ordered - however that may have been how they were built by my organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to reorder and view products that I needed to push and prioritise easily and quickly. This helped my figures for my categories meet budget.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to work from and link with so many sales tools, cant really imagine using another platform.

Building lists, seeing different contact and accounts views as well as dashboards are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is a problem but that is an organisation thing, not sure what else they could add!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all prospects and accounts in one place, keeping track of activites and different deals. Make my life so much easier than without it.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Sales cloud is the way is it is available to handle the information of customer/partner etc, the standard crm process based on market needs. It provides the setup that doesnt need much of hassle to maintain . It meets the use case ofmarketing, sales, presales, business leaders ( for reports & dashboards), assignment . It already has out of box feature to automate the business rules and process. During my experience working with multiple companies, i have seen how easy its to use the sales cloud setuo as a end user as well as from business perspective. It highly increases the productivity of sales person and also scalable to meet all the business scenarios. There are lot of appexchange products that can be easily integrated to meet custom solution too.
What do you dislike about the product?
one of the disadvantage is the pricing for different editions. Not every kind of companies can go for license cost . The enterprise edition as an example doesnt have several limitation which then needs additional cost to go for more flexibility. Salesforce is releasin new features in such a fast pace that its not always possible to keep upto date with that.
Sales cloud is very vast and for someone to implement a complex use case, need to know lot like customizable forecast, revenue generation.Compamies charge a lot to implement sales cloud if you are outsorcing to consulting firms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We in our organisation are doing utilising sales cloud to handle b2b onboarding process which currently is a complex process . With robust and process automation, we are able to streamline entire sales process. This in returns result in reduced manual intervention, tailored solution for our process , easy to maintain crm process , visibility to pipeline information.

There are many automations that allow us to complete tasks with a single click.
With the filter feature, we can categorize tickets easily.
Customer support is available 24/7, and there is no downtime in the service.
I can use Salesforce from anywhere, and it is very user-friendly. I use it every day.
We can integrate many apps with it.
Salesforce offers an intuitive setup process that can be completed quickly, often without the need for extensive technical expertise.
