What do you like best about the product?
The imporatnt feature which we utilized was managing pipeline for our sales project.It provided forcasting on Sales which provided us to make informed decisions and help sales team and provided advantage for customer. It also made our payment process easier and we automated invoicing and payment using SalesForce Sales Cloud. The overall implementation was easy and once went through usage guide, it was easy to use even for new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price for the product can be reduced a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So we wanted tro streamline for sales process and we wanted to make payment process easier and simpler. When we implemented SalesForce sales Cloud, it provided us the automation and we implemented that. Now we don't have to monitor payment process all the time as it's automated. This saved our time and effort. Also, we used forcasting and that helped us in taking better decisions and customer benefitted from it and was happy.

Customized dashboard option makes it stand out from other CRM tools, plus mobile app experience is top-notch

If your a small organization then the costing is going to be really expensive and also the user interface is clumsier

It benefits us to gain insights from customer data and understand the relationship between parents and children. Salesforce provides marketing automation, which helps us generate the best marketing campaigns, and it also offers mobile services with security features. It allows us to attend meetings tailored to meet our needs and provides functionality to update records quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce allows users to manage accounts and customer details all in one place optimizing the customer journey while mapping the areas that need attention and forecasting how the company can increase an overall ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overwhelming because of options. As an admin, I would like to have prompts that give me guidance on how I can increase and improve my user engagement in real-time and how I can improve my "processes" in real-time.

Lead conversions/ dynamic lightning record pages and just overall the enhancements that have been made to flows truly helps us streamline our users' work in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of our Sales Cloud automations were created in process builder. We've been utilizing the migration to flow tool. But a lot of the migrated flows are hitting SOQL limits and causing other errors. More support in this transition would very helpful.

As a unified place to track our customer interactions. And flows help streamline our onboarding process.
