What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud includes a wide range of features, some of which may overlap with existing tools or systems within an organization, potentially leading to redundancy and inefficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and current pipeline.
Manage complex organizational structures with account hierarchies.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say the best thing is the flexibility of customization which can be used by any organization to tailor it according to their business needs. As in our case it makes our life way easier in accessing data at any point of time. Also I have hardly seen any down time using Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe when we started using Salesforces it took a bit time to navigate but once you get a hold of it. It has a very easy interface. This is the only thing I remember having trouble in the start with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in every aspect of a Sales environment from enhancing Sales processes by providing tools for tracking, forecasting Sales along with order management and closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps to store all customer data very efficiently and securely in one place. All information are up to date with the help of collaboration tools like chatter and automated notifications. It offers a great way to customize the look and feel according to my organisational structure to help sellers and to close deals faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost associated to having Sales Cloud can be huge, so need to run down some numbers to see if the ROI is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To organise everything in one place with the ability to interact and collaborate efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
We started with Lighting, so the user experience has always been fantastic.
It's so easy for anyone to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a shame some features belong in other packages. There is a lot we could use in service cloud for customer cases but cases functioanlity is veyr light in sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's out day to day CRM, it holds all the data on our prospects, opportunitites and full customer lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud centralizes customer data, providing a 360-degree view of each customer. Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly customizable to our needs.
Sales Cloud offers powerful analytics tools that provide insights into sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Salesforce Sales Cloud integrates seamlessly with other 3rd party apps.
The Salesforce mobile app enables sales teams to access customer data, update records, and manage tasks on the go.
Lead scoring is one of the used feature in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be expensive, especially for small to mid-sized businesses. There are often additional costs for premium support, advanced features, and third-party integrations.
While Salesforce has made significant improvements to its user interface with Lightning Experience, some users still find it less intuitive and harder to navigate compared to other CRM systems. Lex is slower than classic.
While customization is a strength of Salesforce, it can also be a double-edged sword. Over-customization can lead to a system that is difficult to manage and maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our specific problems: Businesses often struggle with scattered customer data across multiple systems or spreadsheets, leading to inefficiencies and missed opportunities. Sales Cloud centralizes all customer information in a single platform from our other systems, providing a comprehensive 360-degree view of each customer.
Sales teams use inconsistent processes, leading to inefficiencies and lost sales opportunities.
Sales Cloud automates and standardizes sales processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.
Our sales performance has improved a lot after using campaign, leads, oppotunity,account.
Tools like Chatter foster a collaborative environment, improving communication and teamwork among sales reps.
