Infinite things to do. Integration, agentforce, etc.

Implementation could be faster and easier.

User-friendly features and the strengths of AI integration
What do you like best about the product?
We have received feedback that it is very convenient for Korean companies to use Salesforce Sales Cloud. The reviews are particularly impressive because it allows companies to effectively manage their data and promote sales through AI. Additionally, thanks to the credits provided by Salesforce Korea, it is easy to use and it is beneficial to be able to offer services to many companies at the same price.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is convenient for companies to use and improves data management and sales by applying AI.
Customizable Sales Cloud Boosts Visibility and Standardization
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the visibility Salesforce Sales Cloud provides for sales data, making it much easier to oversee the process. I love how seamless the contracting process has become, as well as the standardization it brought to our workflows. The approval process and ability to capture information and activities in stages are incredibly useful features. Furthermore, its high level of customization allows us to build upon the standard functionality, tailoring it to fit our unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there are limitations on field tracking and the number of records that can be captured in certain aspects of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud enhances visibility of sales data, streamlines contracting, and standardizes processes, ensuring data is stored centrally and followed uniformly.
Easy Sales Tracking and Customizable Flows
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to track all sales opportunities in the platform we already use as a company. Easy to configure and build particular flows for our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needed work out of the box, but wasn’t a major lift to make it work as needed

Allowing us to track sales from initial lead to closed opp with ease
Great Integration Capabilities with Many Tools

Having all data we need in one place, pipeline tracking, lead management
Powerful AI Integration, but Navigation Feels Cluttered
What do you like best about the product?
The level of integration with AI from Einstein to agentforce you can learn more about your customer than ever before, what used to take multiple pages and notes can be summarized quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the tabs along the top that make it feel like you have to navigate around as opposed to being in a single place. I think AI will remove a lot of that navigation though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all our fans and allowing us to engage with them more authentically.
Great Support and Resources, but Forecasting and setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is probably one of the most used clouds in the Salesforce ecosystem, and therefore is well supported, well documented, and there's plenty of resources to learn about standard features and how to customize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like forecasting is convoluted, if not unreliable or unusable and the set up for different sales paths appears to be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud so the problem of not knowing or be able to predict what deals/donors are engaging with us right now and Huynh and for how long and when they might give to my organization. This greatly benefits, my organization as a whole, but especially executive leadership who previously had no idea or provided on word-of-mouth and rumors to get an idea of who we were talking to and who might give
