Great For Sales and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
When we first started adopting Sales cloud, sales began to start to see all data regarding their accounts and were able to manage and keep customers happy a lot easier. It also helped with different teams being able to view what is going on in accounts and able to see exactly what is happening with leads and opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation/start up can be a long process, but when you start completing projects for the platform it will become worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us with removing physical copies of documents and making everything become a lot more collaborative within numerous departments

I like how intuitive the whole system is. Both as an end user and as an admin

It can be slow to load sometimes but I don't think that's always Saledforce's fault

Helping to facilitate our CS department to see what email a customer is referring to when they call
