I have been using Sales Cloud from several years and found this cloud is heart of Salesforce to implement any Sales Cloud projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few configurations which can be automated and they are not yet but otherwise everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud itself resolves moat of the problems using automated features.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is an asset for any size business, It is developed in such a way that even a small business can set their business online and get the most out of it with the robust technology in Salesforce Sales Cloud. It's easy to be onboard on the Salesforce sales cloud and businesses can see ROI for the Salesforce salesforce sales cloud in a very short time. There are many out-of-the-box features in the sales cloud but I am a big fan of lead and case management features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is the best however there are a few areas for improvement like meeting customer expectations on a few features. For example: in the idea exchange channel there are a few potential ideas where the sales cloud needs to work and give it to their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a governance body for Britain Tennis, Salesforce Sales Cloud provides value to the organization in maintaining customer data giving customers the best experience for their customer journey which in turn we receive the best feedback from our customers.
