What do you like best about the product?
Secured data using permissions. Easy to view the details and related list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Approval process couldn't find the reviewer from parent object

Viewing the related records from parent.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is highly customizable and is continously getting better by adding new features and improving processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Salesforce are limitation on number groups and row level formula field that can be in a report. Another dislike is limitation on SOQL queries, such as inability to compare values of one field vs another field and inablity to group on formula fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is solving the sales pipeline management and supports financial reporting. We recently enhanced the system, with custom development, to make pipeline management easier for the sellers and added CRMA to get insight to pipeline and revenue movement that benefits the sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been an admin for about 7 years, and now moreso than ever before, there's almost no request that I could get where the answer would just be "not possible". Are there certain scenarios that could be more easily done on other platforms? Yes. But Sales Cloud is the best do-it-all solution out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Salesforce is an ever-evolving product, sometimes there can be solutions to older problems that get overlooked to provide solutions to the more recent issues & improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a fantastic place to house all customer data, allowing you to put insights into certain customers and potential customers. Our customer success has become greatly more successful since implementing Salesforce, as has the average score that customers provide in their post-customer-service surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
All the necessary features to manage sales are ready to use. Once you adapt to the harmony of Account, Contact, Opportunity, You would recognize how other tools are so uncomfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, this is kind of a merit at the same time, there are so many configurations to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you use excel files or mannually write documents, it's so hard to manage version control, but it helps me to see the sales situations integrated.

- Simplicity of use, but ultimate configurability
- Easy to automate

Unfortunately the move to lightning has actually left some Classic functionality behind. Primarily around selection and opening additional tabs. Some visibily options as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Consistant user interface and flow for standard processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inconsistancy in how some standard objects are treated in APEX vs others (Opportunity team, Territories vs Account/Contact). For example, trigger usage availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing all our sales team to all follow the same flow and engage with supporting team members in a single place.
