Good Opportunity teams experience
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is very useful when there are teams working on an opportunity. Opportunity teams can be setup easily and help very well with collaboration. Forecasting is also great when trying to forecast how many opportunities can be closed in a quarter. Partner collaboration is great with partner community
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to choose between the different forecasting types is the least helpful about Sales Cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in the Sales process from entering the leads, opportunities, partner collaboration, quotes to orders

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent platform to handle sales, opportunities, accounts, quotes, and the automation behind everything is extensive. Lots of potential for scalability and growth for any sized company looking to join the Salesforce platform.

Some of the quote feature can be a bit limited and require additional setup.

Hard to maintain for users. Decluttering becomes an issue after changing some users

It is totaly versitile. I can customize as I need to and this enables me to enable all kinds of organizations to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the complexity, comes the struggle to learn how to use the tool. But Salesforce has done a great job at trying to lower the bar for entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly improving features. I'm looking forward to the new functionality within Reports and Dashboards.
SalesCloud is the go-to for CRM

The user interface and ease of use is best in class. I can also customize without code for most use cases.

Product cost can be an issue for some implementations.

Salescloud helps me track our consulting clients in one place and automating our Opportunities.
Sales Cloud Experience - Enjoyable
What do you like best about the product?
our favorite feature is definitely the forecasting ability. because everything is centralized, forecasting accuracy is increased and it is easier to obtain our forecasts numbers than ever before
What do you dislike about the product?
not necessarily a dislike, but we do find certain salescloud functions to be "clunky", and as a result don't really use them. for example, we tried out activity 360, but it was just less reliable than what we wanted it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we sell to many different customers with many different needs and wants, so sales cloud is essential in helping us to keep all of the information and metrics in one place. being able to readily analyze sales patterns with available data is a huge help when looking at ways to improve and refine our processes.
Salesforce tool that helps admins support sales
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, I appreciate the confirmation options available to set up Sales Cloud to meet sales requirements. During a development cycle, several Sales Cloud updates are received from sales users and appreciate a majority can be solved with clicks vs code. In addition, ability to display different screens and selection criteria to different groups of sales teams has allowed the admin team to meet management requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
While most can be accomplished with clicks vs vide, there is a need to have develops to create business specific features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulfills need to provide support to sales teams along with reporting. Reporting features saves admin team time by allowing sales team easy access to sales data.
