What do you like best about the product?
A simple and effective way of using Sales Cloud to manage our new business opportunities all in one place. Being able to link this to our Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud apps as well provides a full, 360 view of our customers, regardless of how and when they want to contact us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming with so many options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to manage new business opportunities along with any predicted and confirmed traded revenue, linked to each of our Sales managers.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to use and has made a massive improvement to our sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific I dislike about Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made our Sales process a lot easier and gives us a clear sales path for each opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been an end user and consultant of Salesforce for almost a decade and the power of funnelling customer/sales data into a single view is incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The instinct to create a complex system can result in a difficult to use experience that is quickly abandoned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce brings the customer and sales data into a single view. When Service Cloud is included, you get a full end to end view of your customer's journey.

What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, there is an extensive amount of customisation possible on the platform. I enjoy training and coaching end users on the great features, such as opportunity sales path features, and the transaction process using opportunities and opportunity products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not able to build complex processes that the business requires. This means flows and processes are more temporary solutions, and use up processing time as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of truth. We have previously had our data disconnected in multiple systems but the integrations allow us to have all users use this one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
As a new customer to Sales Cloud we can see the benefits that pipeline and opportunity tracking in Salesforce will deliver. Revenue tracking will be easier going forwards.

We've not found anything so far, it all looks amazing

Very intuitive solution, can take a little getting used to but once you have down you're golden!
