What do you like best about the product?
Sales clouds allows to visualize and take action on your sales data, allowing not only the automation of administrative tasks, but also improving your sales agents capabilities to close deals. For us it's a must have
What do you dislike about the product?
In general nothing to complain, we would like to have more AI related features down the pipeline soon

Sales performance monitoring and reporting / executive analysis.

Forecasting is comlex, i think it is mainly because of backward compatibility. There are confusing options.

Whole customer journey is trackable. Helps better support customer and business by doing cross sells

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization that's possible on Salesforce. The standard object hierarchy makes a lot of sense (for the most part) and is easy to grasp for both programmers and end users. As a small team that manages our Salesforce org for many sales reps, the constant improvement that's possible is exciting to me. There's always more to learn, and with addition of AI, there's a whole new field opening up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The counterpart to what I like: there are so many features that I would love to see my org implement, but often times we struggle to have our users succeed with just the basics. Data quality or duplication, detailed required information, and forgetting to document are some key pain points we face. It can be daunting to learn all of the large new functionality while juggling these tedious fixes at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce gives us the much needed platform to manage all our sales accounts, contacts, and opportunities. This is the bread and butter of our industry (foodservice sales reps)

Out of the box configuration and every thing that is new it has a cost

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best CRM tool hands down. I love working with Salesforce and training people on it. I love when users understand the importance and think of new ways to utilize the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the price. I don't like that there is so much to cover because the system is evolving so fast, it's near impossible to keep up to date on releases or discontinued features. You can spend hours on trailblazer and community and still not know enough and there is no time. Not a huge fan of my rep and difficulty understanding price points

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful yet user friendly. They offer every type of resource imaginable for learning including online, in person, community and more plus there is a universe of connected applications so it's easy to integrate the tools you're already using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep so you do have to invest time in learning it. As with any CRM, you have to stay on top of your duplicates, but I'd say SF handles it better than most.
