What do you like best about the product?
After COVID and all the changes that happened with it, with everything moving to online, and then the market opening up again, we struggle to allocate accounts and be efficient for our field sales reps. Maps came into place after attending SF sessions last year, and the guys can't be happier. Account allocated fairly and losing all the gaps optimising coverage
What do you dislike about the product?
It's no the simplest or cheapest tool to install, but worth it

Accounts distributed fairly and based on logic we have between the different sales reps/teams

Like the use of the out of the box quote pdf functionality

Great centralized place to store our data and gives everyone in the org access.

Expensive and hard to customize. Sf reps aren't very helpful.

Keeps out customer contacts in one place and has analysis.

There are plenty of out of the box features that cover most of the uses cases for b2b crm silutions.

Some customisations are limited, it would be nice to have more flexibility
