Nothing. Everything is great and application is great.

Quite a few products coming up which don't use native objects. Even SF CPQ uses it's own SBQQ objects instead of Platform object

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Salesforce Sales Cloud come equipped OOTB with a industry leading Salesforce process that any business can follow. It ensures customers new to the platform can see value from their investments straight away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud has many add on features and products. It can be difficult to understand exactly what the costs would be when prospecting and thinking about trying out new products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows the executive team to have a singular view of Sales Performances of our company across all our verticals, channels and businesses.
It provides everything in one dashboard and I can customise it as I want and grow the revenue

It is very easy to customise and use amongst different aspects

Nothing that I can remember because recently there are new integrations and they are improving it.
