So much Customization!
What do you like best about the product?
The number of custimizable features that are included and come out of the box with this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing... This is such a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By utilizing lead scoring, lead assignment rules, and workflow rules, Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped us to streamline our inbound lead processes and significantly increase our lead conversion/close rate percentages. Using lead scoring for leads coming in from our email marketing campaigns, we are able to easily identify when a prospect is ready to buy. Using lead assignment/workflow rules for leads coming in from our integrated website landing pages, we are able to automatically assign inbound leads to the right sales rep and notify them that a new quote has been requested so they can then reach out to the prospect within just minutes after they have finished filling out one of our online forms.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is highly customizable, from custom fields and objects to personalized dashboards and reports, users can configure Sales Cloud to match their unique requirements. It offers intuitive tools for managing the sales pipeline, including opportunity tracking, forecasting, and sales stage customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I remember it was confusing to work with Quote after sync with Opportunity. It's like the different records, but at the same time, it's not. Something similar to Person Account but don't you need to take into account extra __pc fields?

Sales Cloud provides robust lead management capabilities, allowing sales reps to track leads from acquisition to conversion. Automated lead assignment, lead scoring, and lead nurturing features help prioritize efforts and focus on the most promising opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Once the data from different sources are connected, using Tableau to analysis the data is easy and result are very accurate and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
After setting up the data connection, we need to fine tune the limit to optimize performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tableau is useful in analyzing data and provide a clear picture of what products our customers like. This help us to target our sales on the popular products.

The ability to use the system no matter where I am, all data stored in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Sales forcasting, improved collaboration and scalability and customization

It's not something I don't like but always we have data security concerns during projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to keep all necessery data from customer perspective on one platform which then can be presented on various reports, dashboards and forecasts. For customers it's better to have it on Salesforce than in many emails, excel files etc. I think thats one of the best benefit

What do you like best about the product?
When set up properly with the business flow in mind and user maintence and governance reviews; Sales Cloud provides a wholistic review and data capture of the sales lifecycle and customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is very customizable, but sometimes that is a challenge when setting ip for the first time with limited knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing the customer data and providing valuable data elements and reporting to take actions on.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the different ways we can track opportunities and tools for account management. All of the dashboards, reports, and analytics tools are really helpful in getting our campaign managers useful data too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got a bit of a heavy learning curve... which is a challenge for getting our whole team (especially newer members) to be able to use it in any meaningful way day to day. With a small team and limited budget, that kind of flexibility is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various automation tools that have come out and are in the works, as well as easier ways to pull out data about users, have all been very useful. Looking forward to upcoming account management tools.

There are some mandatory requirements within sales cloud which may not be all required for business needs and varies by organization

It is solving a lot of the opportunity and lead conversion problems

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud streamlines the sales process and allows stakeholders to have a reliable window into the sales process while giving a distinct edge over the competition in closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have it better integrated with the other Salesforce products (marketing cloud, etc.)

Salescloud gives our remote territory managers the information they need in the palm of their hands through the SF App.
