What do you like best about the product?
I like how the entire Sales life cycle including campaign has been built as part of Sales cloud. And the flexibility to customise as per business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Revenue forecasting feature is not very user friendly and difficult to customise to meed the needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to generate leads from website and email. The ability to manage a customer in support single system after lead creation.

I have using from past 6yers and it has Rich user interface and one stop solution for all insights. Mobile responsive and easy to access in any device.

Don't have anything to be honest.I really love the salesforce products

It makes sales journey easy and gives ability for all reps to see all activities at one places.

Salesforce is extremely useful the best part for me is the automation element. It's a seamless transition from lead acquisition to opportunity management, where every step is a strategic move towards customer satisfaction and business success.

It can take a while to see results as you need to give it proper time to test

It's allowing us to have data in one area that makes it easier to handle which allows it to be more meaningful information. Which would require manual labour to cleanse/filter data but now, with smart CRM software, you can automate this, which gives salespeople to focus on things they're actually good at. So increasing productivity levels. Plus, automation practically nullifies the possibility of human error.

What do you dislike about the product?
Users often find it expensive, especially for smaller businesses. The platform can be complex and requires a steep learning curve, necessitating significant training and sometimes third-party support. Customization, while extensive, can be time-consuming and complicated.

We have built application for lending origination system. It's now complete digital process for the bank.
Easy and quick customisation
What do you like best about the product?
I think all the no code (low code) customisations available are the best feature of Salesforce I love that I don't have to know a programing language to be able to deliver changes to my users in record time

What I dislike are some of the limitations that are prelevan troughtout Salesforce as a whole like the closed lost not being available in Kanban views. I would love some of the suggestions to be implemented faster.

Better view of our clients and partners along with easy to pull analytics as long as our data is good :).
