The best Salesforce product I know!

What do you like best about the product?
The most meaningful feature that have benefited my organisation is the lead management.
Having leads come in from various sources, managing them were a nightmare as we weren't able to jump on hot leads; but thanks to the Salesforce lead management and in particular the Round Robin features, we have seen a whopping 55% increase in efficient management and assignment of incoming leads.
The other feature is Sales cloud's ability to integrate with virtually any tool we need, especially Accounting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is quite an expensive product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our inability to manage incoming leads led to low rates of closed opportunities.
Using the Salesforce lead management feature massively improved how we managed leads through to Opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the data is managed , processed is very great, Also working with sfmc putting up the automation Sql and journey are ways easy to understand and working, can be integrated easily with third party tools for more refined results, quick resolution from backend team
What do you dislike about the product?
Some feature of Sql are not available , which makes Sql not work as expected

It's allowing me to approach our end users in a better and efficient way

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement, maintain, configure - very scalable
What do you dislike about the product?
When interfaces with other ERPs, 3rd party platforms you definitely need to involve a very experienced Enterprise Architect to build the entire infrastructure taking into account existing platforms

Overview on prospects, customers, after sales processes, dashboards, reports

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and configurability. So easy to use and keep track of all customer or potential customers during the lifecycle and if business processes change it's so easy to amend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve to do the real clever stuff and it nearly always needs some sort of customisation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improves the lead to quote the cash process and speeds everything up. Ensures we do not miss out on anything

Licence costs are high but appreciate it is the "base" platform access
