The accelerated development over the recent years has been instrumental in support of growing businesses trying to do more with less. The regular releases mean we don't have to wait long for new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
As one adds on to the platform, it can be challenging to manage the change without outside assistance as it's unlikely that you would have a ton of experience with add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows me to surface insights to my executives and automate processes so we can run lean.
Easy and practical!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is very clear so it makes it easy to use. I was familiar with Salesforce Sales Cloud in less than a week, because it is super self-explanatory. It's very simple to use and navigate. The dashboard section gives me a good insight of my work, with all the details I need!
What do you dislike about the product?
However, when it comes to the mobile version I have a hard time figuring out how to do what I do on the desktop. The design is confusing for me and some funcionts doesn't work as well. It takes me more time to work when it's on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Salesforce in my company, we had to look for cases by ourselves one by one and manage them on a work sheet. That would take so much time and effort. With Salesforce centralizing all the customer information in just one place, the work flow got much better!
This is one the best CRM platforms and easiest one for the sales department.

Lead management, process of followup and the identification of hot and cold leads is the best part about salesforce cloud.

Nothing as such, the complete salesforce is smooth and easy to use.

Salesforce cloud enable to customize reports as per business needs. Analyze the efforts put by each sales agent and guide them accordingly to work in Unison.
Learning to use the product can be an easy task for beginners
What is our primary use case?
The solution is for companies to manage the sales part. With the tool, companies can create context, needs, opportunities, and whatever they are gathering. Companies can collect whatever information they want and they can manage their space, keep proper tracking reports, and everything in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What is most valuable?
In terms of the best features offered by the product and depending on what our company's customers feel about the solution, I can say that the tool is very easy to use and user-friendly. The tool has wide community support. Salesforce has its own courses and everything to make one learn about their products.
What needs improvement?
There is nothing that comes to my mind when I think about what needs improvement in the product since it does everything perfectly.
The product lacks to offer some AI capabilities. With a lot of AI capabilities that are available nowadays, I would want some of them to be added to the product since it can make the lives of its users easy by allowing them to use the features they want.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. My company has a partnership with Salesforce.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It is a very stable solution. Salesforce has its own team to test its products. The tool is very good in terms of stability, support, and features. I have never had any complaints about the product.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is a very scalable solution.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I use Provar, which is Salesforce's test automation solution. My job profile involves more testing, and what our company's customers do is that they test Salesforce implementation for their internal implementations or for what they have implemented in Salesforce. In my company, we have a very diverse portfolio in terms of customers, as some use Salesforce Experience Cloud, while others use Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Sales Cloud. I have experience with almost every tool from Salesforce since I have dealt with multiple solutions depending on customer's requirements. If you ask me what feature I am using in the tool specifically, I would say that I have touched almost every other feature offered by different tools offered by Salesforce.
How was the initial setup?
As Salesforce offers its tools on the cloud, the product's initial setup phase is very easy because you have to kind of create a user account and get a license according to the features you want to use, which is easy. There is nothing complex with the tool's installation, as everything is on the cloud and is very easy to use.
What other advice do I have?
Learning to use the product is an easy task, especially since Salesforce has a lot of its own learning processes in place, which can make one capable enough to start working on Salesforce.
I don't have experience with the mobile accessibility of Salesforce Sales Cloud since I don't use it.
I rate the tool a ten out of ten.

How customizable it is for our business needs. Not to mention how user friendly it is.

It isn't always easy to see everything for the customer all in one place.

It's keeping all of our customer data, sales process, opportunities, prospect data, etc. in one place.
Clear view of the customers
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud offers a clear view of the pipeline and the customers. I also have amazing reports and dashboards which offers me better insights on mine and my teams pipeline. It has automated several repertative tasks which makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is too manly and needs a soft and user friendly touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps me focus on each and every customer. It also reminds me if any account is not interacting or becoming cold etc. So that I can be on top of everything.
Great for visual people
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see my data on the map. It really reports everything in perspective from a visual standpoint. I also love being able to create those boundaries to see what's within a certain mile radius of where I am going to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. It's a great tool, user friendly and the trailhead Salesforce provides help you navigate if you're s new or experienced user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our sales team plan their travel. They can choose a customer they are going to see then plan accordingly based on who else is close by (customers and potential customers). It also makes it easy for them to log a call right from the map.
Great experience using sales cloud
What do you like best about the product?
We use Sales Cloud to manage all our sales operations. During the implementation we mapped all our process and we inserted it in Sales Cloud.
We improved the performance of sales teams and facilitate them to follow process.
I also loved all the content that trailhead has.

Complex process in companies, automation of our sales process, reports and no need to use spreadsheets.
We are easily able to generate leads and able toconvert them into opportunities.
