Centralizes Client Data, Easy Setup, Needs Licensing Adjustment
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up Salesforce Sales Cloud, which makes it user-friendly right from the start. Having all client information centralized in one place is incredibly helpful for my business. I also like the Salesforce flows, which allow me to automate tasks for field reps, enhancing efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if the licensing for Salesforce Sales Cloud were less expensive. Additionally, I mentioned using Forza as a complementary solution for sales reps selling products in the streets, implying that Salesforce's current solution could be improved to better support this need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud centralizes all client and order information, making it very helpful for organization. It allows me to automate tasks for field reps, enhancing efficiency in managing sales processes.
