What do you like best about the product?
All of the built in utility makes it easy to train reps and get them moving forward. There is also good informational videos etc. for the reps
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Administrator documentation isn't as resale as I'd like. Mostly is like better high level road maps of the various tools and how to implement them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating sales cadences helps keep track of leads and is letting the reps take more control of their work flow.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to answer this. I guess the learning curve for new Salesforce users?

The platform fosters collaboration among sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Shared data, real-time updates, and collaborative tools enable seamless communication and alignment.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a platform for quick development turnaround using no code and low code approaches, while still allowing full code customization. It allows us to quickly support business processes without needing weeks of development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of limitations and the platform is still fragmented between classic and lightning. Many configuration pages rely on old classic pages and are difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us track all of our customers and their purchases and relate them to each other in meaningful ways. We also have entire applications of custom objects to support the customer journey, which would take much longer to setup in a traditional development system.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that sales cloud is easy to set up and connect with different data streams to get a 360 view of customer to communicate with them more effectively and get them the right info at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There does seem to be a lot of ramp up time with meta data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to connect to prospects and current clients more quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
No/low code development makes fast development with lower skilled employees possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud can be expensive depending on use.

Data storage is expensive so some outside storage source usually needed.

UI can be slow to load.

Not optimized for bulk operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's essentially a relational database with a GUI and an automation platform so it's being used to store and analyze customer data and enable a customer 360 view.
