Usability of the App is nice. It's easily customizable

Sometimes it's a bit compex eco system. It's hard to remember everything.

Sales Cloud has allowed our company to automate processes and track data better using flows. We have also built a migration into our claims system to enable faster updates and cleaner data across systems.

Some of the downside, through the cost of the licensing, and Some of the basic reporting functionality.

Better tracking against leads, and helping to avoid duplication of work as well as data.

Reps are able to view leads. Exec team review leads with the most promise to close. Gives directions.
