Detailed software but gets stuck sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about salesforce is you have detailed knowledge as customer service supervisor about what your agents are up to. Also best thing is it keeps track of interactions really good. Making reports also is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stucks a lot. when connected to five9 or NICE, it stucks a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helping in creating reports and keep record of them, never seen a software that creates reports the way salesforce does. Best in data conversions, easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
With the right foresight and planning, implementation can be a breeze, as well as user friendliness in the day to day. Customer support is always rather prompt, and the feature list keeps growing over time. We use it with a number of legacy and other external integrations to carry out a number of day to day activities, and that list only continues to expand along with our user base as we move more and more off of those legacy systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer features can be a little pricey, though it's ultimately up to each company to measure the potential ROI to go with an established solution with large support community, or go for a custom/third-party build. Ultimately the platform is also a lot of 'you get what you put into it,' and the only people I've really seen struggle were those without good plans for use and lack of buy-in from the appropriate levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective customer management and outreach as well as opportunity tracking and timely quoting.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows tracking of opportunity through different stages of sales pipeline,can assign value to opportunities and forcast sales.it provides trends and good report to draw insights from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the 3rd party app that integtrate the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My greatest benefit from the cloud is central hub for sales team, i leaverage on the cloud to manage leads, develop opportunities,close sales in realtime and collaborate effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to capture contact info and manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead capture to closing opportunities to reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multifactor Authentication and timed log outs can be annoying but are a necessary part of todays secure practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud allows us to capture details on an opportunity as it progress through our sales stages

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Salesforce is probably its complexity to new users, which can lead to a steep learning curve and require ongoing training and support.

The centralization, integration, and synchronization of customer data solves a multitude of problems for our organization. Having organized data hes been a key factor in our growth and sales

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a broad platform that allows you tackle all sales and sales operations challenges with seamless integration and low code/no code maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company has an aggressive sales culture which can at times be overbearing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps us close to our customers and allows many different teams to collaborate internally to give the best customer experience.

Great tool for closing Deals

What do you like best about the product?
Sales could has enormous out of the box low code to no code features with which deals can be closed faster. It is a great tool for monitoring sales processes, forecast and maintaining profitability.
With Advance AI features using Einstein it gives seamless prompts to Rep interactions.
Great tool !!
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has its limits . You need to buy additional packages for certain advance features of sales like validating your leads,customizing features to store multiple bank accounts instead of keeping it referential .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Closing deals faster, approval processes, lead score etc

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce cloud is an excellent tool for managing your business processes. It simplifies everything from sales to customer service by integrating all relevant functions into one accessible platform. This makes prospecting and growth a seamless process. Additionally, it keeps track of all opportunities in one place, monitors progress towards goals, and tracks overall KPIs for the entire organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would have to be the cost sometimes limiting us from making enhancements or incorporating additional features .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce cloud centralizes customer information and business operations in one place, improving productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement by solving the problem of fragmented data and inefficient processes.

Great analytic tools to make reports and dive depper into customer data.

Phone app is very bad as you cannot create quotes or read reports very easily.
