Sales cloud has allowed our customer data to be organized in one place.

Some users have a hard time finding all of their information in one place, we need better reports and dashboards created for them

Keep Your Data Secure and In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Over the years, Salesforce has accumulated helpful out-of-the-box elements and data fields, but the system is also highly-customizable, so you can track and analyze your data in the way that best helps propel your business forward. There are also dedicated support specialists who will usually help with the specific issue you are having rather than redirecting you (something I've experience with other CRMs). Overall, Salesforce has been an invaluable tool to our team and would recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features - such as Forecasting or AI - are sold as separate add-ons. For the price point, it would be helpful to have some of these capabilities included in the Professional and not just the enterprise levels. As an employee of a small business, having the additional cost on top of standard licenses and support is prohibitive - we cannot access those features that might be the leg up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We bid $30M or more of work each year and there are unique details to each bid (and multiple bids per project usually). It's important that we can keep data secure for our clients but correlate data that would not be easy to do without a web-based, real time database solution. Salesforce fills this gap better than any other SaaS CRM provider we've had in the past.

The built in security model, and the fact that I can write code that is user aware without having to build the security later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the restrictions on less used SObjects. Setup/Non setup DML exceptions.

Sales cloud allows my team to manage our sales funnel in ways that optimize efficiency and generate exceptional value.

I haven't found too much that I dislike about it

Our funnel was a mess! Now we can better understand our up and coming sales opportunities.

Its the best cloud which provides the simplified and easier way to onboard customer for CRM services

Nothing as such but its should be more simply Lead conversion

The best efficient way to onboard customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It take the guesswork out in managing sales operations and sales activities to get started with. You are provided with industry leading tools and capabilities and you have to only and customize those tools to your own business. I have been using the product for several years and it just keeps getting bettere every month and year.

Especially if you are in a large enterprise and you have a culture of build vs buy it can get difficult to convince buying couple of extra features such as Einstein related ones or may be guidance center which is limited to only 3 guidances fot free on an enterprise edition

Account , contact and opportunity management and task management

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps me and my team easily digest and understand customer data. The days of excel sheets and email reviews are over.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your business fits into the mould, it's a breeze. But for custom business practices, we've found that out of the box solutions are less flexible than we hope, requiring more involved solutioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer scoring and engagement is very important to use and Salesforce delivers. We integrate Einstein Analytics to intelligently score our contacts to help determine who to target for interaction.
Great standard functionality while allowing for customizations to better fit our needs

It keeps everything in one place for users. The lightning pages are so helpful to display what users need and is relevant to them for different roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to find where standard fields are used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping Account/Opportunity information in one place even when accounts are assigned to new Sales representatives. Sharing the right records with the correct people without exposing users to accounts/opportunities they should not be able to access.
