1. Customer accumulation is fast and easy with having lead coversion in build module which can be customized as per business needs
2. Tracking leads and maintaining opportunities to get most business out of it
3. Sales rep can rely on real time update within platform all out as having the same access from mobile too

What do you dislike about the product?
Now having AI to track opportunities and able to get attention on the area where we need it - not having anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working in a finance domain where everything is about Sales and getting business without any delay -- so it helps to replace the traditional system with ease

Reporting is a bit cumbersome to deal with still

Its allowing us to bring all of our data together and leverage the great tools that salesforce provides in order to be able to make sense of the data and build out tools to help us expand upon it, build out processes and automation and excelerate our sales processes

What do you like best about the product?
As a seller, I've used different tools over the years. I always end up coming back to Salesforce. I'm yet to meet a sales process that could not be modeled. Lots of power under the hood.
You do need to invest in a solid sales/rev ops team to make the most of it, but if properly configured it can accelerate the sales motion like no other product out there.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complex to manage. Need to stay focused on your processes and workflows - avoid a "boil the ocean" scenario.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales and service orchestration. 360 customer view. Prospect and customer management.
Saleforce Sales cloud is a great way the effectively manage the business processes in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud allows me and users on my team to see all the products, potential prospects, create corresponding tasks and easily manage the sales process from start to finish. We can set up requirements requested from clients very easily using the valuable tools that sales cloud has to offer. This software also works well with other offered products by salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are no major standouts about sales cloud, some things that could be improved about it is allowing more mobile functionality and the amount of learning required to get used to the software which could be reduced using more helpful prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping me solve the issue of managing the crm process set up in multiple clients and allowing them to easily track their prospects and leads before turning them into accounts and determining validations and requirements before entering the next stage of this sales process.

We love the customizable nature, the low code solutions, and that we can morph Salesforce into our organization's single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much; we love it! Looking forward to Einstein Copilot

Some times it can be really slow, which generates frustration to the customers.

It helps to lead catching, promoting them to opportunities and orders, also it helps in order management and in sales analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Found that when using salesforce maps it was quite intuitive to use once you understood what the necessary inputs and outputs that were needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want it to be more flexible if you do not know a specific geolocation.

Helps us locate and track areas and branches that have produced the most cases in our org.

The cost can be high, and there's a steep learning curve.
