What do you like best about the product?
Enables my global sales teams to quickly enter their sales info and extract existing sales data quickly thereby helping them to do their jobs in an efficient manner. In addition Sales mangers can use this data to further makes decisions helping the global sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Change management is always difficult when introducing new functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to track our Sales Opportunities and creat exciting and rewarding dashboards to get at the data our teams need

The opportunities the platform makes available (and corresponding learning materials) which allow you to self serve.

No complaints at the moment, still learning.

Amazing Platform to automate Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Account Management - converting leads and automation tools to convert into opportunities. The abikybto customize our sales process. The ability to create automations and intent driven UI sections so the sales staff only see what is needed during the stage of the sales process. Activity timeline. Forecasting, Dashboard Reporting, slack integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot customize the UI easily without using advanced tech help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us establish a standard sales process and gives us a much clearer picture of our business. Our data is harmonized and to a great degree a true representation of actual reality which was our problem previously.

This is a great product for sales team for keeping track of their book of business

I wish it includes tableau crm into the sales cloud platform

Amazing new seller home page for viewing everything at a go

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from all automations and seller aiding insights, the most amazing recent piece or development that went quite unnoticed but actually loved and appreciated by our clients is the new seller homepage. The quick access to open tasks, upcoming events, opportunity status and many more have been very well received by all out clients and the agents. The first look at glance gives eagle's eye view to all things relevant to me as a seller. Really great job!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but one quick suggestion for seller homepage: If we could make it even more configurable to put filters it would become 10/10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With recent Einstein developments a lot of tasks have become easier: with spot on lead scoring and quivk pointers or next actions has helped a lot.

Ease of use, ability to extend the product with configuration and customization

Tracking differences between custom and standard objects

Sales cloud is helping harmonize our sales data. We have a large company with many different regional systems, which are being converted to our global Salesforce platform.

It's easy to build reports and dashboards to see our data and see our KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some up front effort to thoughtfully build it for your business processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was very difficult to see or build our analytics and KPIs in our previous CRM.

The lightening dashboard has been really helpful to see the people served through state workforce services.

There's so much information and possibilities that as a new user, it's difficult to know where to start or know what you don't know.

Benefits housing our entire sales process as well customer information. Also can be used as a backend of sorts to access data via API.
