Sales Cloud is a fully customizable Sales team solution from the beginning to end of your sales journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you will need a technical admin to work through your solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking processes, analytics and reporting.

With all the nes enhancements with AI and Prompt Builder and Flow, the sales cloud has improved tremendously.
