Best Sales solution in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales cloud has the mature sales process solution in the market. The standard objects and processes provide the most of the required features and the platform allows you to customize as per your needs. The ease of customization and the time to implement is the best thing about Salesforce sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of the product is slightlier higher as it is feature rich.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud has provided opportunity and quote management features along with its platform integration capabilities. It has been useful in driving business value and keep track of the opportunities by sales reps.

Ease of use, powerful, and intuitive. The application is easy to customize for my customers needs and the learning curve for adoption is shallow.

The reports is a little limited and can be cumbersome to administer

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of sales cloud is visibility, accountability and ease of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's great! Every feature is easy to use!

Removing use of multiple systems and streamlined view
As advertised, if you have a great admin

It works! It does need configuration but I don't know a better solution for small organisations

Niggles with password reset flow. I wish it was easier to integrate with surveys and responses from these surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case management is the primary problem, query management is secondary. Communications/project management is a hidden problem team doesn't know it has but this solution is solving for us.

Could be more intuitive. Needs to better illustrate pipeline movement without building reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The most meaningful feature that have benefited my organisation is the lead management.
Having leads come in from various sources, managing them were a nightmare as we weren't able to jump on hot leads; but thanks to the Salesforce lead management and in particular the Round Robin features, we have seen a whopping 55% increase in efficient management and assignment of incoming leads.
The other feature is Sales cloud's ability to integrate with virtually any tool we need, especially Accounting tools.

Sales Cloud is quite an expensive product!

Our inability to manage incoming leads led to low rates of closed opportunities.
