Salescloud helped streamline operations for our sales team
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most of salescloud is its ease of use. The team find the UI to be very intuitive and the navigations are clear. From an admin standpoint the capabilities are endless and moloch can be accomplished with low or no code.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area in salescloud that can be difficult is the creation of reports. Reports without addition CRM add on can be quite limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's creating a si for pane of glass for our sales team which has helped me by reducing the number of tools requiring technical support.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sales Cloud every day to keep data organized, run reports, track deals, and build dashboards to support my sales team. Sales Cloud keeps our data organized in one place and is an absolutely vital tool for my role in Sales Operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is so versatile and customizable that it can be confusing. Trailhead is an incredible learning tool but may not apply to highly customized orgs.

Data organization is what Sales Cloud does most for my team.

Some of the user interface can still feel a bit dated, even with Lightning.
