Enhance prospecting with Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Provides features that help prospect better, vlose deals quickly. Pipeline inspection gives a summarised view of essential deals that help making decisions quicker. Everything can be modelled easily and quickly configurable
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, maybe add in more sales specific Ai features

What do you like best about the product?
Syncing leads is very quick and fun! Our sales team uses this and it helps them track what to do next. The automation is great
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing tbh everything is really good! Maybe wish we had a dedicated Salesforce rep to teach or refresh our team on best practices

Ease of integration
We use SFDC to sync our marketing leads, it is great!

The ease of use makes it great for us as a team to automate the process of routing leads.

Nothing! We love SFDC and will continue to use it.

Leads in Account Engagement can be redundant and confusing with respect to leads in Sales Cloud.

Best CRM I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
It's the best CRM system I've ever used. It allows me to keep track of my clients, able to store as much information I have about them all in one easy to use platform. It allows me to track my KPIs and notifies me of what I should focus on, allowing me to follow up with clients I haven't connected with in a while, etc to close more deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user, I'm not able to edit certain notes, duplicate contacts as I don't have access. However, I do understand its purpose of allowing only admins with access to be able to modify such data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep track of my clients easily as well as the pipeline of the deal. Also use it for sending marketing content to a list of contacts, shows the number of opens by a contact, etc which helps finding, chasing leads and closing deals.
Sales cloud is the way to go !

One stop shop for all sales needs. Just amazing.

None that I dislike at this point of time
