The industry leader for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to model the most complex systems and processes while remaining super flexible and all while handling massive amounts of data. You just can't beat it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not for the faint of heart. You first need strong understanding of business process as well as solid technical chops to make this tighten of a platform function to the best of its ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem it solves is it's unparallel capability and pulling in data from all sorts of disparate silos and bringing them into a unified view to help sales people revenue.

Very good case routing and case process to track the timeline of each case being processed and worked on as it helps in creating interactive reports for businezs

The migration of workflow rules to flows.

Helping business to track the business data like summarizing monthly activity and tracking which customer department is making the most profit

Sales cloud has been valuable for finding leads and prospects for marketing use.

The amount of custom fields we need to add for marketing purposes.

Being able to engage with our customers and track lead progress

Ease of use on all platforms like mobile and desktop. Abilit to easily monitor my opportunity pipeline via pipeline inspection

Cost of the product as the more Sales users company has, higher the cost. Not all of the Sales cloud features renders nicely in mobile

Able to customize Salesforce to fit our custom business needs.
Single source of truth
What do you like best about the product?
So much easier than having siloed data and excel sheets that are always changing and updating. Salesforce is great for a single source of truth and bringing multiple teams into a single system
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets toooooo custom sometimes and previous admins didn't document enough

Solves so many problems for my clients! Most important is data quality with validations
CRM leader
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a leader in the CRM space so everyone wants to integrate with it. Even if you use 3rd party tools, there is likely a way to integrate it with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to tell whether new features are included with your license. Interested to see how agentforce will affect pricing
