A great fit for the small to medium nonprofit education space

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has enabled us to combine multiple legacy systems into a single system and provide our staff with a full view across all of our interactions with our constituents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of potential, but it requires configuration. Having a strong tech staff or an implementation partner is highly recommended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us see a full picture of prospective students donors and supporters in a way that allows departments to see the full picture of a person's interactions with us.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting capabilities, flow automation, dashboards, customizable objects and fields
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming for some of our field staff to navigate and find the data they need. Because Sales Cloud has so many capabilites, it can be difficult to take advantage of them all in an effective way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sales Cloud to track interactions, giving for our org, and event management. We love having multiple data points about a contact in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It has 360 degree view of customer data. I and my team can leverage Sales pipeline very effectively and efficiently. Automation, leadsership dashboards are very nicely comes out of the box to customize as per our business need. Sales cloud has increase our Sales team productivity and gain confidence in our leadership team to view the data they need without leaving Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not I can think of. Whatever is not available out of the box can be done using customization or using Appexchange product or integration solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better Sales cycle, tracking, 360 degree view of customer data, Automation can be build on Sales cloud can help reduce manual entry and help increase team productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud enables quicky and easy access to account, customer and oppty data and the guided sales path is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dynamic list views are not viable within the salesforce app.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is an easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to integrate into your tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is a powerful tool to organize your data and create various reports and dashboards but you'll likely need other apps, tech, and custom coding to really get all of the value out of the tool. Identifying what those holes are can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is able to ingest our crucial product data into the platform to help inform our campaigns. Combining our product data into Sales Cloud allows us to really personalize and focus our outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Has a load of data and is useful
My reps use it everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many fields that become a challenge for the reps to manage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a crm it is fantastic but we are not proactively activating the reps to make the most of the roi

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely flexible and extensible. We can put everything in it and then extract a lot of data (even on a small dataset).

There are a lot of great addons and apps that you can figure out to make it do whatever you want. And if not there are many developers that can help you build your own!
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing is a little confusing and some things need an add-on products (sometimes adding all of the ones you want can get a little pricey, but usually the time saved will be worth every penny).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From prospect to lead to opportunity to contract to project delivery, after sales service and billing - every customer interaction is powered by Salesforce!
