What do you like best about the product?
I like sales cloud for the all inclusive crm.
What do you dislike about the product?
does not support service. and does not include cpq

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps keep your sales team on top of their pipeline and is easily customized to fit our company's unique set of business lines - all differing in their needs for opportunity stages, flows, and specific fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Sales Cloud is that you have to pay extra for certain pieces that all sales team can greatly benefit from - such as Cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us use our pipeline for forecasting and budgeting. Our current org is rather new, but being able to see not only past sales data, but what is coming in the future helps us plan.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is designed in an easy to use way. The ability to configure and customize it allows us to solve for any business requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out as problematic when we use or maintain the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into the sales funnel provides the ability to forecast. Sales stages enable sales team the ability to manage their prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud has been such a great tool to manage leads and sales it also allows us to track all client communication in a single source for us it's important to have a single place for many clients we manage and projects and to be able to get archive data easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to integrate to other applications without other tools making it easier for integration to other tools

Limited capability to identify duplicate leads / accounts for a complex large banking organization

Sales cloud is our leading sales enablement solution that supports both marketing and sales organizations. Detailed reporting capabilities within Sales Cloud allows our marketers to effectively track campaign performance and improve prospect acquisition through multiple sources. It allows Sales leadership to have great visibility into pipeline performance and take measures to improve sales effectiveness.

The Customer 360 experience is second to none. Salesforce continues to innovate the integrated sales experience providing a seamless user experience.

Honestly, Salesforce is so adaptable if I don't like something we change it.
