What do you like best about the product?
The ease of customabilty that Salesforce provides your organization to tailor for your process with your sales team, and then ultimately what could be any portion of your business is unparalleled to other organizations

At times just because you can doesn't mean you should and you can easily over customize your solution

What do you like best about the product?
I love the real time visibility on how the opprtunities are proceeding in sales journey. I also love the dashboards and reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to implement any changes in operational process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing real time visibility on the deals which helps me understand how our revenues looks like but also significantly assists in forecasting various aspects of our business operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Client prospecting with the best advantage, it gives us best insights about the client which helps to tailor the pitches
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all plugins work with it and abit slow with marketing tools plugins specially when sending bulk emails

What do you like best about the product?
Open-ended functionality and it can do everything. With that said, it is a lot and will require training/learning. Integrations are awesome. I've been a user for 15+ years and it has helped us a lot with growing our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. It is expensive. With that said, it is a quality software solution. The only other issue is that for non-technical folks it can be challenging and hiring an expert is likely worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency. Increased conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows you to keep track of all clients and prospects. Automating processes streamlines the sales cloud users work efficiently.

For additional functionalities, appexchange can be quite costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can integrate third party apps and customise it based on the companies needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a web developer, and what I love most about Salesforce is how it embraces web technologies like Java (in terms of the syntax on the Apex programming language), JavaScript (for Lightning Web Components), web componenets. What's also brilliant is how easy it is to customise at all levels - reporting, user-interface and code.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favourite thing about Salesforce is the expense of embracing such cool technologies as Einstein AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from chief use-case as a Customer Relationship Management system, Sales Cloud is helping to solve problems like reporting on financials, track website leads and guide users through business processes via Screen Flows.
