What do you like best about the product?
Configuring the sales pipeline in Sales cloud is the most effective way to drive more sales giving lot of feasibility to the sales agent on the field

Out of the box email composer can support more features to meet customer needs

For sales agents it gives 360 degree view of the potential customer to assist in targeting selling and upsales

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easier it makes it to manage a sales pipelines and to prioritise opportunities. Thanks to customisation made to our lead and contact objects it is very simple to retrieve a lot of info on customers without wasting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still need to spend quite some time to feed data to the beast. It makes our reports and segmentation more accurate but takes some precious time away from more valuable tasks.

It helping us not missing any crucial checkpoints with our prospects and customers before and after onboarding
