Easy to use and well tracked data
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking abilty and notifications and timely updates

The interface could be better does not make it easy to the person using it

Salesforce cloud has solved my problems like data realted to my accounts and other things like notifications and due dates

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is easily customized to fit to grow with our sales team, unlike other CRMs that limit users. I have tailored Activities, Tasks, Reporting, Dashboards, Page Layouts, Record Types, Sales Processes, mobile features and automations to increase the efficiency of our sales team. This allowsd them to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time in the field closing opportunities.
I'm also very pleased with Salesforce Support. I always receive prompt responses and many of my support tickets have been resolved with first contact.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Events did not automatically move to Completed after the event time has passed. It would be great if Events could be customized to require the sales person to update the status to ensure all relevant details related to the Event are captured. When the Event auto closes it increases the "out of sight out of mind" scenarios, and reps often forget to add notes regarding the event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud serves as the source of truth in our organization. It assists our sales reps with Leads, Activities and Opportunities management so they can quickly see opportunities with the highest probability of closing, who they should contact, and how to plan their days to best serve our customers. Sales leaders use custom dashboards to view their team's activities and opportunities as a group and by individual reps. Our ELT appreciate the ability to quickly obtain data on forecasted sales and closed opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the data is easy to understand and read and scales well across apps on mobile iPad and desktop computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphics and imagery are a bit bland and don't appear very modern. Changes and updates are slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our organization to share data across the organization in a scalable and real time manner. We are able to update and adjust as needed.

It takes a while to see the results. Sometimes there are challenges in customization.

Salescloud is easy user friendly. Offers a wide range of customization. I have used Salescloud in both my current and previous work place. Being able to manipulate the App to meet business needs is key. Salescloud makes it easy.

Like all things currently, cost may be the only issue so far. Inflation affects everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how fast it is to toggle between objects and screens, how everything is related to one another. Able to integrate with helpful apps. Always having updates to better the system and fix any errors or bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's too much data or data gets lost or duplicated easily. Need more checks and balances to keep a clean and organized system.

Reporting out data, providing data for us to make predictions on future projections.

UI can get too busy if we don't know what we are looking for. For eg. Lead or opp screens have too many related lists and there are every little options to keep them simple and bite size
