What do you like best about the product?
When using Sales Cloud, we were able to connect our customer data with our servicing data in one place, creating a true holistic picture for our customers and prospects. Highly recommend

Very efficient and flexible CRM to run the full sales process. It really allows to better manage the workday and maximise productivity.

It might be a bit costly for small size organizations.

Keep track of all the activities, have a clear visualization of them and efficiently manage the leads and the opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best CRM tool in the market. You get to learn free of cost and its so user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not downside but as a developer you may need to have knowledge on Java programming language if you want to deep dive in developing your applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All CRM landscapes are present in one platform. You can connect to all enterprise applications without any difficulties. Data loading, lead generation, campaign management etc are very easy. Security is well advanced and you always get updates as well.

It is totally empowering. I've been using salesforce for over 15 years and love how flexible it is. Their support is top shelf.

Nothing. Other than that they eliminated flows.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that i would like from sales cloud is that the creation of case and work orders. It supports customers to interact with people like a social platdorm and getting updates on daily basis. Doing this Everyday it really helps the customers to interact with new peoples and keep on sharing their insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using this sales cloud for the past 2 years and i havent seen any lag or defect in this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day by day sales cloud helps our customers in increasing sales efficiency and sales growth. Through sales analytics it helps us to customize/enhance our business products to get reach in high level. Eventhough its providing a path to provide a support for those products as well via work order creation and assigning immediate technician to get that fixed. Sles cloud really helps our ORG to increase productivity and better relationship among customers.
