Love the sales cloud model with accounts, contacts and opportunities

We always run into Data related problems and nothing from Salesforce out of box can help

I dislike nothing. The CRM is incredible

It's solving all of my problems! Before, I had trouble keeping track of my leads and where my time was being spent. It was nearly impossible to do it all with the tools we had. WIth salesforce, I was not only to focus on what I needed to accomplish, but am able to have easier collaboration across my team.

Sales cloud is as go-to for our sales funnel. The lead-conversion process is critical to business process.

Limited case capability from Service cloud. Not enough OOTB reports.
