Unlocking sales process with valuable insights about businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way of salesforce sales cloud providing insights about businesses to help their sales process for boost productivity through lead management, opportunity tracking and contacts management in sales cloud so these type of sales process will give best user experience interms of finding best insights about products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike, complexity of setting up the configuration for contacts management and salesforce configuration which makes me to take time so when I was a new to salesforce sales cloud I'm find difficult to finding and configure setups for this salesforce sales cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud solving problems besinesses to help their product sell, buy to their target customers efficient by using this leads management, opportunity tracking and contacts management and whcih was benefit to me to find the best insights to analyse my target merchants to buy and sell for products quality
Super Customizable Platform - Endless Opportunities!
What do you like best about the product?
as an admin, im privvy to whats possible on the back end for our front end users.
Flows, and automation in general, allows for a much more robust and clean user interface which makes for a pleasant experience. On the Ops side, it also helps enforce data integrity which is so important!

What do you dislike about the product?
again, on the admin perspective, sometimes support from salesforce is lacking in terms of speed, understanding, and human-ness.
ive had reports of colleagues submitting tickets with very detailed information, and getting responses that clearly show the ticket wasnt read well.

Helping keep track of the thousands of clients and their information, along with communications ranging from email, to our native in-app messaging, all tracked in salesforce.

This application very user friendly. We can track our business credits and all details very simply.

This application has been improving day by day.

Incredible power for a Sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is incredibly powerful and flexible to meet a wide variety of business needs. It provides so much more functionality than just Sales tools. It's incredibly customizable and automatible. To get the most out of it, you will need an expert to configure it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Sales Cloud. It's a premium product so it's fairly expensive, but you get a lot if you have the right people configuring it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows us to bring in many unrelated business units who use Salesforce very differently into the same org, yet keep each business unit's data completely separate. We customize unique solutions for each unit and have a significant impact on business process efficiency and performance.

It might be deficult for new users best to make some free learning videos

What do you like best about the product?
It gives deatialed reports of different metrics that you normally use in customer service. You can create your own reports if you are on management level, which helps A LOT. Easy to use in creating tickets and helping customers as an agent.

It lags a bit when connceted to live tools like Five9 and Nice

It is helping in customer service, creating tickets for them and have the history of their previous interactions etc
Detailed software but gets stuck sometimes
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about salesforce is you have detailed knowledge as customer service supervisor about what your agents are up to. Also best thing is it keeps track of interactions really good. Making reports also is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stucks a lot. when connected to five9 or NICE, it stucks a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helping in creating reports and keep record of them, never seen a software that creates reports the way salesforce does. Best in data conversions, easy to use.
Comprehensive CRM for the majority of a business' needs
What do you like best about the product?
With the right foresight and planning, implementation can be a breeze, as well as user friendliness in the day to day. Customer support is always rather prompt, and the feature list keeps growing over time. We use it with a number of legacy and other external integrations to carry out a number of day to day activities, and that list only continues to expand along with our user base as we move more and more off of those legacy systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer features can be a little pricey, though it's ultimately up to each company to measure the potential ROI to go with an established solution with large support community, or go for a custom/third-party build. Ultimately the platform is also a lot of 'you get what you put into it,' and the only people I've really seen struggle were those without good plans for use and lack of buy-in from the appropriate levels.

Effective customer management and outreach as well as opportunity tracking and timely quoting.

It allows tracking of opportunity through different stages of sales pipeline,can assign value to opportunities and forcast sales.it provides trends and good report to draw insights from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the 3rd party app that integtrate the cloud.

My greatest benefit from the cloud is central hub for sales team, i leaverage on the cloud to manage leads, develop opportunities,close sales in realtime and collaborate effectively.

Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to capture contact info and manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead capture to closing opportunities to reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multifactor Authentication and timed log outs can be annoying but are a necessary part of todays secure practices.
