What do you like best about the product?
What I love best about salesforce service cloud is that I have all my customers data at my fingers tips. I never have to wait for another person who have Touch the case to get information needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing! I love the platform!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it's solving is not having to wait for another person who have touched the customers case for information because all information needed is right there on the customers contact record!

I currently don't have any dislikes at all.

Ability to adapt Sales Cloud to a variety of non-sales government processes

Using Sales Cloud for non sales processes can require more custom development nothing! It is incredibly versatile

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud's out of the box features are benefitial to many of our clients. Often times no customization is needed. When customization is need the flexibility to make it your own makes Sales Cloud the number one choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some limitations when it comes to reporting using Sales Cloud. A third party tool is needed in rare occasions to get certain reports exactly right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us track everything in our sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
It was quite user-friendly to visualize the data as well as streamline field operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm quite satisfied about Salesforce Maps. Never had issues so far. Some technical glitches happen but it's mainly due to internet speed and the computer hardware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My expertise is in data science. When I need to make decisions I utilize this tool to visualize the data.
Intuitive and modern tool
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly helps customers to have a better navigation experience through out the use. It has a number of features out of the box
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that should be available or make sense to have them but have not being applied yet, so we need to have external partners and outside installs to provide the expected behavior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead information from trade shows - having all in one place from the initial lead to the final order

Salesforce sales cloud has been a great tool to help with very large email sends, html personalised coding for a seamless and extra personal customer emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's user interface might be a little old school and needs time getting used to.

The ability to seamlessly send large amounts of emails.
