What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see and interact with contacts have a whole view of their experience has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like. As a developer, I can extend that platform as desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform s ability to integrate data from external sources has benefited us to remove siloed data hurdles.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales cloud has been an incredible tool for a small credit union to utilize and service our members. Being able to connect with our memebers and anticipate/ expand on their needs has been an integral part.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is not understanding all the different functions that are available. Having an outline or access to view a high level overview
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales enablement abs converting more sales.

What do you like best about the product?
More focus on data and AI and genAI for future business. Very good tool for CRM domain with current market
What do you dislike about the product?
License cost seems to be high and CRM NEED more tool like table and informatics which offer as one license instead of different license for each

More robust and data well integrated and connected. Very easy integrated

Can’t do my job without Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
It has the structure that frames up my work- accounts, contacts, opportunities, activity, partners, etc. and it's all connected so I get the right view and focus for what I'm doing right now. Territory planning I'm focused on accounts, prospecting is contact focused, and the deal execution is opportunity focus. But it all links up. I don't have to remember everything or shuffle through notes (old dog here, new tricks come hard haha)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like I need to click "through" windows to get what I want. And then again to get back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stay on top of deals, let's my boss see what's going on, keep deals moving.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud has multiple integrations and is very good for keeping track of prospects in pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep at the beginning.

Salesforce sales cloud is solving my customer relationship management issues.
