I like how easy it is to manage my clients and how easy it to build on the platform and keep enhancing the platform

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud enables my team to operate very efficiently. They prioritize leads effectively and can target buyers who are ready to purchase. For a manager, the reporting and dashboards are vital.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some confusion on products, example do you need data cloud to enable certain AI tools?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritizing leads for my team, enables them to work effectively and not waste time on leads that don't show buying signals

The UI, depending on what you have can be boring.

I like being able to have a potential to build a 360 view of the customer for the business sales teams and incorporate information from other support business areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for there to be more OOTB functionality to connect objects for a holistic view of a client. So for example, showing opportunities, contacts, custom objects, etc. I also wish the OOTB activity tracker wasn't as difficult to navigate to specific events versus having to continuously scroll and manually look

Having a central location as the source of truth for relationship information and data on a client

Sometimes you will need a technical admin to work through your solutions.

Tracking processes, analytics and reporting.

With all the nes enhancements with AI and Prompt Builder and Flow, the sales cloud has improved tremendously.
