Excellent Support!
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented a big organizational change and the pain points of a new system can be challenging to traverse. We continue to find tune things, but this would not have been possible without the responsive and excellent support we received from our implementiation team at Kultura. This has helped us organize our business in ways I couldn't begin to imagine!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to report to date, things have been working well thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overal centralization and automation for efficenicies.
Best tools especially for integrating with other platform and breadth of functionality is amazing

Wide range of reporting and dashboard customization makes it really wonderful and very easy for tracking the lead status via pielines to manage lead conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costing makes it expensive and limitations of licence available makes it difficult

Managing lead and sales support is excellent and customizable reporting features makes it great in terms of insights into customer activities

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is the single system for managing opportunities with OOTB features it is the most sought after tool for any business and serve better for customer I personally like the customisation scope it offers. Which makes the impossible as I 'm possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like revenue forecasting in Salesforce need to enhanced along side giving the user ability to customise their list view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From Opportunity creation to till order conversion we are able to track our business and forecast the revenue for the business

Flexibility to customize processes with very little coding. Integration options are vast

Reporting part of salesforce is not satisfactory though they acquired tableau which is good for dashboards and data visualization but at an added cost and expertise

It is easy to use and implement, and for anything we have their customer support who can guide anywhere anytime. And has lot of features that can be used and yet we need to explore few more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Too costly, but that is not a burden for me but for organization. And the marketing lists to be chosen from MArketing automation platforms only unlike Microsoft dynamics I cannot get the lists created in SF only. And every user will not have same access, we need to be very specific in assiging roles and permissions. But again when i am using Pardot along with this due to user sync I am unable to control the permissions from Pardot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales conversation, opportunity management, Partner data management and Email/Whatsapp engagement. All these can be tracked with single view on the contact., this helps sales/top level management/marketing and everyone who has access to SF. Which is inturn is very helpful for anyone to review, understand and solve.

The best thing about salesforce sales cloud is easy to integrate and it is user friendly.

Every application has its pros and cons I fell regular update will fix all the bugs.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Salesforce Salea Cloud is it helps in managing the business sales process and performance can be enhanced. It not only gives various benefits but also gives option to easily track customer's data and document it. The success rate is very high and involves less manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It comes in plans and rate is bit high but the people who cannot afford it. Hence if rates are reduced there are chances that usage of salesforce sales cloud will boom in the near future

It involves less manual work which is timesaving for the employee. It is user friendly and has no much complications. The reports and dashboards created can be accessed anytime. Data management can be done effectively and effeciently.
