What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, quick to learn, able to locate things quickly and easily, as well as intergrating easily with other platforms

Nothing, I've used Salesforce in multiple roles at multiple organizations

Organization as well as a database to manage customer relationships. The biggest benefit is the time savings the platform provides

Salesforce sles cloud that provided by tools and help to find deals, provide a higher level of service to the customers . It tracks Sales opportunities and improves efficiency.

Salesforce main disadvantage is the customisation is complexity

Salesforce does not much involves in support public clouds which limits hosting options.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks is one of my favorite features. Being ablel to assign tasks to my team and see their progress is exponential to my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. Very expensive per user and integration can cost thousands.

Weve changed from using excel spreadsheets to organize our into to having full visability on everyone in the organization

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce offers a comprehensive CRM tools which allows me to efficienlty do my task. It's easier to intergrate with other Third-party app as we use different kinds of platforms. Salesforce is flexible with the modern type of technology that allows us to expand our network and business relationship with clients.

None! I love all of the tools of Salesforce!

Talking to hundreds of clients everyday seems to overwhelmed my work but with Salesforce it's seamless communication, tracking, creating events and Data anaylytics becomes more convenient and efficient for my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its UI screens and workflow. I can set many automated workflows based on my custom requirements. I also like the rich dashboard and reporting. I have used this Salesforce sales cloud for many clients and they are really happy with the performance of it.

As a human being, we always try to get things at lower cost. So I would say, if it provide this software at a lower cost, it would be beneficial for small organization as well to use it.

It provide a huge CRM platform to manage all Sales activities. All Salesperson can easily track their performance and boost their selling. Huge amount of manual work is eliminated by setting of flows.

I use Salesforce daily mostly to to organize leads, create reports of my team's KPIs, and to stay on to of my day to day workflow
I like the ability to create very specific reports through the many filters available and especially like that it integrates so seamlessly with SalesLoft and other tools I need to access on a daily basis

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a slight delay in syncing with the integrated tools but nothing major that hinders my workflow for longer than a few minutes at a time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is my primary CRM and keeps things organized and allows me to create detailed reports of outbound calls, leads generated, and sales cycle deal progression to analyze my team's KPIs and make sure everyone is fully enabled and making the most of each activity, based on the numbers we can run
