What do you like best about the product?
I use Sales Cloud every day to keep data organized, run reports, track deals, and build dashboards to support my sales team. Sales Cloud keeps our data organized in one place and is an absolutely vital tool for my role in Sales Operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is so versatile and customizable that it can be confusing. Trailhead is an incredible learning tool but may not apply to highly customized orgs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data organization is what Sales Cloud does most for my team.

customisation of features is not so intuitive and can result difficult to achieve.

Sales Cloud allows for creative, no-code engineering while providing necessary guardrails and structure.

Some of the user interface can still feel a bit dated, even with Lightning.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides features that help prospect better, vlose deals quickly. Pipeline inspection gives a summarised view of essential deals that help making decisions quicker. Everything can be modelled easily and quickly configurable
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, maybe add in more sales specific Ai features

What do you like best about the product?
Syncing leads is very quick and fun! Our sales team uses this and it helps them track what to do next. The automation is great
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing tbh everything is really good! Maybe wish we had a dedicated Salesforce rep to teach or refresh our team on best practices

Ease of integration
We use SFDC to sync our marketing leads, it is great!
