What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it can be used since the prospecting till the deal renewal and customer relationship management.

ROI on marketing campaign is not really easy to evaluate

All the information regarding customers are available at single place with Sales cloud, our users don't have to switch from an application to another when dealing with customers.

Very useful tool for organizing client details and calendar activities.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Salesforce for a very long time, even from my previous account. The usefulness is superb, it's easy to organize details, integration to other tools are handy, and we rely on its features everyday while delivering world-class customer service. Very user-friendly, too. It's quite easy to learn how to navigate and effectively maximize its features.

Can't think of anything yet at this time.

Salesforce is like a one-stop shop for us in customer service. You get everything you would need in one tool and it's also easy to integrate with other tools so that you won't have to toggle to different tabs each time.

The data model is clear, flows are clear, easy to customize

Nothing, it's the best Cloud! It would be great to have a clear order of execution in the situation when we have 2 triggers on the same object (a managed package one and a custom one)

The database is stabile, the security is in place, the servers are always up and running
